Pros: We are selling more cars with this great organizational tool.
Pros: Does a very good job analyzing our inventory, very intuitive, we are always ahead of the game. The guys love it and believe it increases their sales.
Pros: Easy to use. Stats right in front of me. No guessing
Pros: Its easy to use the VIN scanner and search. My lot manager uses this as well and rants and raves about it.
Pros: This gives us the ability to see how competitive our vehicle prices are compared to similar vehicles within our market. We utilize this information to hold more gross when acquiring trade-ins. Closing a deal becomes much easier when we can show customers detailed reporting that supports our claim that we are not only one of the best prices based on value, but in many cases also one of the lowest prices within the market area.
Cons: The appraisal tool is great, but would be even better if more vehicle information would be available when appraising a vehicle. After a vehicle is a part of the inventory, we are able to see what options fall within packages the manufacturer had available for that specific model. With all the different packages available on vehicles, our appraisals could be more accurate if able to see this same information (currently only available if the vehicle is in our inventory) on the appraising tool. With vAuto constantly making improvements to fulfill the needs of dealers, I am sure seeing an improvement like this is only a matter of time.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to understand. Support is good and the system rarely goes down. App isn't bad and it feeds with KBB.
Cons: The concept has been to teach everyone to lower their price and push everyone to increase their turn in order to make more money. In the beginning, it was great. Now that a majority of dealers have access to the same info its more about how to keep your price competitive. Now we are all trying to lower our prices to beat our neighbors under the assumption we can easily replace the car at auction. Unfortunately, cars at auction are in high demand which drives up MMR. We then go buy said car. Manheim gets their big buy fee and I'm left with less and less margin and buying further and further out which means more transportation and time to recon. We need more about strategy and less about volume.
