Pros: Great for a small business like us that can't handle all the chats coming in. The managed chat has worked out for us and it seems like the people taking care of our chats have been getting better sounding like a normal person having a conversation. They do a good job of trying to get customer information that gets put into our CRM as a lead.
Cons: Chat box can be hard to close on newer gen iPhones with the down arrow so close to the top on iPhone XS Max. No support for Autotrader chat.
Pros: I know the name of every rep I've had and can reach them easily. Diego Lazcarez has been my rep for a while and it seems like he drops everything to help when I need it. He always touches base every month to make sure expectations are met.
