Where/how are you finding quality sales staff/ client relations/ whatever you call your sales team?

Tracy Gell

Hiring for employment of any kind can be somewhat challenging in most industries but doesn't it seems a little more challenging lately in automotive? We've been fortunate enough to have a great veteran sales staff at my dealership for years, but they're not getting any younger and we're likely to have several retire in the next few years.

What do you do that has worked really well to get great quality candidates for your sales/consultants / team? We do already offer employee referrals, and we try to promote from within when possible. We've used, job boards, Indeed, careerbuilder.com, Monster, the paper (not recently), facebook, our websites

We try to always have recruiting on mind when we are visiting other businesses
