Hey Allie, I found that in most instances the best way to capture service customers is to look at the service appointments for the next day, look at the ones that are in units 3yrs and older and have nice incentives on them and have been updated from the model that the customer is currently driving and meet with them in the service waiting area and hand off the customer to a sales manager to assign to sales if the opportunity presents itself. Thereby getting credit for the creation of business and getting the sales dept to help support your effort.

Hi all. I am looking to see if anyone has a phone script for outbound calls for customers who service with us but have never bought anything from our dealership. Does anyone have a script they would like to share? Have you had any luck? We are a smaller Chevrolet dealership, so we are always looking for ways to drum up business.
