It is far more likely for you to accomplish your goals if your salespeople, BDC reps, managers, everyone in your store/s write out their goals for the first quarter of 2018. A lot of people fail with goals because they aren't capable of seeing that far ahead. Make the goals bit sized, some of your people may be more motivated and express bigger, more extraordinary goals, and some of the goals may seem very weak and too easy but for that person, they may not have the same confidence in themselves as you have in them... encourage and guide from here.

I agree 100% - my BDC team worked together (in the last two weeks) setting goals for the first quarter. One of them being increasing set/show rate for new cars on inbound phone calls. We have already signed up for training and set up the metrics. I am eager to see the results as a team.
