Cons: We signed up because the product was (FREE) and boy didn't we pay for it. The fine print in the contract stated we had to cancel within 90 days. After several issues (which obviously take time to resolve) we decided to cancel. The product never worked correctly and certainly wasn't what was promised. We canceled past the 90 day period and now they are holding us to the contract. I've been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and I've NEVER dealt with a company like this. They employ a team of lawyers to sue car dealers so if you sign up with them, good luck! I've reached out to my 'sales' person via email, text and phone and I can't get a returned call at all. Customer service for the ENTIRE company is so poor so brace yourself for the worst experience ever. Great sales talent to get the sale but the follow up beyond the sale is terrible.
