Cons: Internet leads should be more integrated within the crm. It should be easier to find them. Newer version is harder to use.

Cons: I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS PUNKS ATTITUDE. ALL I WANTED WAS TO LEARN HOW TO DO AN EMAIL BLAST AND HIS CONDESCENDING TONE AND OUTRIGHT HATE-RID FOR HIS JOB MADE THAT THE MOST UNPLEASANT SUPPORT CALL EVER! AFTER THE 5TH TIME HE SIGHED AT ME AND SMACKED HIS LIPS AND BEGAN HIS SENTENCE WITH "AGAIN" LISTEN I GET IT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR HORRIBLE CRM. IT IS YOUR JOB TO TEACH ME! THEN I GOT FED UP AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP ME. HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I AM SO GLAD THE OWNER IS THINKING OF SWITCHING CRMS. I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET HIM KNOW HOW MUCH I HATE THIS COMPANY

Pros: DealerSocket is an OK CRM but I use classic, not Blackbird. No issues with support

Cons: Drives me nuts when a person has no phone number and it keeps giving me to-dos to call them. So annoying

Pros: We like socket and have never been overwhelmed by their general support. We really enjoy our in house rep we hired.

Cons: Had to hire an inside rep. They got to big and have not been able to keep up on the customer support side. We have noticed a decrease in support within the last year. The reps used to be so great but we don't have as great of an interaction with them as of late.

Pros: Classic was a 4 or 5

Cons: Blackbird has so many bugs. Tool breaks constantly. Any salesman can go into your customer-its a free for all. Customer service is lacking. It takes 2-3 weeks to close a case.

Pros: The dashboard is a very good tool for information and reports. We really use it a lot to see how we are doing on follow-up, for leads etc.
