Call and Appointment Contests coupled with the monthly Bonuses keep each coordinator motivated and working hard each month. ServiceMastery will take the service department to the next level and have guaranteed increases. The phone never stops ringing, having the right people and process in place allows for each customer to be handled correctly and no opportunities are missed. Most Service Departments can't say that.
