Pros: I am able to reach out for customer support when I need it but I cannot be on the phone very long since my customer are calling in.
Cons: It is easier to write down things manually than to input notes into this system...
Pros: I really like to use this for communication purposes from dept. to dept. in the service world.
Pros: We use this as a communication tool and it is perfect for that.
Pros: the system does do what I need it to do. It is functionable and it works well.
Cons: It can be glitchy at times which slows our process down, I am not able to get support ever. I have tried to reach out but I have been unsuccessful. Very disapointed.
Pros: This helps with communication between all the different departments within service. It also helps with tasks and time management. It is great!

Pros: Support is good. Emily is awesome! We are doing a lot of tweaking and getting everybody on board is slow. They all have to buy in for this to work properly. It works perfect at our other store. Can't wait till ours is fine-tuned.
Cons: Slow to load, op codes were wrong so pricing is wrong. Went down a lot at first but support is good and they are working on resolving our problems. I'm sure it will be perfect in not time.
Pros: Transparent and keeps people on point, makes them more productive. Each manager handles an area of it and it streamlines the whole process.
