Cons: not receiving any emails for upcoming service appointments

Pros: EASY FOR BOTH ME AND THE CUSTOMER TO SEE WHAT THE BENEFITS ARE OF GETTING INTO A NEWER CAR. WHENEVER I HAVE SOME DOWNTIME I MINE THROUGH THIS THING AND WORK MY DEALS BEFORE I EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE. WHEN I DO CALL I HAVE A MUCH GREATER CHANCE OF SETTING AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CUSTOMER THAT I NOW HAVE CONTROL OVER. I CALLED THEM. I KNOW THE MILEAGE, THE INTEREST RATE , PAYMENT MAKE MODEL, CARFAX REPORT. I CAN CALCULATE BASED ON ALL THAT INFO AND ADJUST RATES ,PRICING ,MONEY DOWN, TERM ETC. I SOLD TWENTY FIVE CARS IN OCTOBER AND HALF OF THOSE STARTED WITH MASTERMIND AND ENDED IN GOOD GRO$$ DEALS. HAD A SLOW START TO NOVEMBER AND SOLD 6 CARS THE LAST TWO DAYS OUT OF THIS THING. ALL GOOD DEALS
Pros: Good predictability on the information. Great interface.
Cons: Does not integrate with our CRM. We have to do manual pulls on data and enter everything in. That is a pain.
